These Terms govern your use of the VidDM website and Chrome extension. By installing or using VidDM, you agree to these Terms.

1. What VidDM Is

VidDM is a Chrome extension that records short camera, screen, and screen plus camera videos and attaches them to X direct messages. VidDM does not send messages for you.

2. Accounts And Price

VidDM does not currently require a VidDM account and is currently offered for free.

3. Your Use

You agree to use VidDM only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not interfere with X, Chrome, the extension, or other users. You are responsible for the videos you record, attach, and send.

4. Third-Party Services

VidDM works with X.com and Chrome browser APIs, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or Google.

5. Changes And Availability

VidDM may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. X and Chrome may also change their pages, APIs, or upload rules in ways that affect VidDM.

6. Disclaimer

VidDM is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every browser, device, or X interface change.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidDM and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of VidDM.
